Instructed by Belgian chemical manufacturing company to dispose of the remainder of their former manufacturing facility at Kings Weston Lane, Avonmouth, Bristol. The site was marketed and sold to Trebor Developments/Barwood Capital who developed a 6 unit, B1, B2, B8 scheme totalling 155,000 sq ft.
The site was subsequently bought by NFU Mutual and Hartnell Taylor Cook were retained to let the remaining vacant units.
