Hartnell Taylor Cook‘s Rating department were asked to advise in respect of the potential grants and reliefs that were available during the pandemic.
HTC provided advice on each of the locations comprising shops, restaurants, farm shop, and Public houses.
HTC made the applications with the relevant authorities for a number of reliefs and the grants totalled approximately £150,000 across the company. In addition to the grants the retail and hospitality relief was applied for and granted on the various sites.
