Hartnell Taylor Cook are delighted to have been appointed by ARGO Real Estate (a new client to the firm), to manage their recent acquisition at 38 St Mary Axe, London.
The acquisition, which is immediately adjacent to the iconic ‘Gherkin’, will, during 2022, be subject to an ambitious refurbishment, to produce class leading office accommodation. The listed building currently provides 35,000 sq ft of office accommodation, together with a ground floor restaurant.
