Instructed by Power Electrics, a Bristol based mobile generator company to search for a new regional distribution unit to service London and the South East. Hartnell Taylor Cook undertook a search and identified a building at Fingle Drive, Milton Keynes (10,000 sq ft on 1.53 acres). In competition Hartnell Taylor Cook were instrumental in successfully acquiring the freehold interest for our client.
