Hartnell Taylor Cook were appointed by the investor owner of 5 Norwich Street to project manage the refurbishment and vertical extension of the property, with the objective of repositioning the 1980’s office building to compete with new Grade A office space and maximising rental income.
Our appointment included the completion of a comprehensive feasibility and options appraisal process, leading the project through the design, planning, procurement and ultimately the delivery of the completed building.
The £8.5m construction project was completed in December 2019, providing a NIA increase of 30% and the building is performing well in the market
