Hartnell Taylor Cook work closely with Bristol City Council on a number of instructions throughout their portfolio, providing retail agency advice primarily. Most recently this has involved letting of five retail units in Portishead High Street, where the target was to secure town appropriate operators whilst maintaining rental levels in a the popular local High Street. The lettings cover the full range of retail uses from barber to funeral parlour, but the consistency of service was key to a client with a portfolio that covers all sectors.
These deals can then be fed into our Lease Consultancy team who also act on behalf of the same client on landlord and tenant matters.
