Hartnell Taylor Cook continue to assist Travelodge in their ongoing expansion across the South West with recent openings at Emersons Green Bristol and adjacent to the new M49 Motorway at Severnside Bristol.
Emersons Green provides an 80 bed facility with one to one carparking, Bar cafe and enhanced super rooms. The Hotel was developed by Hintons and forward funded by BMO. Together with a new Costa drive thru, the Hotel provides much needed amenity to support the rapidly expanding strategic growth area to the north and East of Bristol, close to the proposed future new M4 motorway junction.
At Severnside, Bristol Travelodge have opened a new 85 bed facility with one to one carparking Bar café and enhanced super rooms on the recently opened new M49 motorway junction accessing directly into Severnside one of the fastest expanding Distribution and employment led development sites in the Country .
With Travelodge continuing to out perform their competition within the MS&E market segment HTC are working on continuing to identify sites to acquire and develop within the South West.
