Hartnell Taylor Cook were appointed by Trustees to sell this distinctive 1950’s office located close to the Notting Hill end of Kensington Church Street comprising just over 8,000 sq ft of dated office accommodation let to energy supplier OVO and 2 ground floor retail units all let on short unexpired terms and largely unoccupied due to the Covid-19 work from home advice. We under took some 30 plus inspections receiving over 6 offers and eventually sold the building to a local charitable investment company for a figure approaching £7m almost £1m in excess of our original valuation advice.
