Following completion of the redevelopment of this 27,000 sq ft office building in EC4 in late 2019, Hartnell Taylor Cook have undertaken a comprehensive marketing campaign of the newly constructed Grade A offices floors to include co-ordinating and implementing the design of the building branding and marketing literature, building launch, social media campaign as part of a broader marketing campaign.
To date, five new tenants have moved in across seven floors with 5,500 sq ft remaining available.
