Congratulations to Beth Warren, who is a nominated finalist in the inaugural Bristol Women In Business Charter Awards as ‘Diversity Champion of the Year’.
Beth, who will celebrate a decade at Hartnell Taylor Cook this summer, pours heart and soul into her passion projects, so her nomination as diversity champion comes as no surprise to the team.
The Diversity Champion of the Year award – to be announced in March – honours an individual who has shown exceptional leadership and commitment to advancing gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, either within their workplace or broader community. The recipient will have used their position, influence, and personal commitment to create meaningful change for underrepresented groups. They may have championed policy changes, mentored others, challenged discriminatory practices, or initiated programmes that promote inclusion. The award recognises both the personal courage required to advocate for change and the practical impact of their efforts. This individual serves as an inspiring example of how personal commitment can drive systemic change.
About the awards: the inaugural Bristol Women in Business Awards celebrates the organisations and individuals driving real progress on inclusion and equity in the region. This year’s finalists showcase outstanding leadership, innovation and impact across our region
Since the Charter launched in 2019, Bristol has been leading the way in creating workplaces where women thrive. From shrinking pay gaps to gender-balanced leadership, our Signatories now employ more than 45,000 people across the city. In 2026, it has become time to recognise and showcase that success.
While the Bristol Women in Business Charter awards will be announced on 12th March 2026, Beth will continue her drive for expanding equality, diversity and inclusion measures at Hartnell Taylor Cook.
