The November monthly charity team was powered by the combined efforts of Raya Abbara, Reziel Diola, Mia Gailey, Alejandro Lozano, Julia Miacci and Dan Wear, who came together to host a fantastic charity bake sale in support of our chosen charity, St Mungo’s.
The theme for the event was food from our home countries, where the international team brought inbaked goods inspired by their cultures, families and personal traditions. The result was an incredible spread of sweet and savoury treats, showcasing flavours from around the world and giving colleagues the chance to try something new while supporting a great cause.
From homemade classics to lesser-known delights, the table quickly filled up – and emptied just as fast. The bake sale drew in a steady stream of visitors throughout the day, each contributing to a generous total raised for St Mungo’s and the vital work they do to support people experiencing homelessness.
A huge well done to the team for their creativity, enthusiasm and hard work in putting the event together. It’s always inspiring to see colleagues share a piece of their heritage while making a meaningful difference.
