This is a fantastic achievement and marks an important milestone in Harry’s professional development, as he now joins the growing ranks of graduates and apprentices who are building their careers with us at Hartnell Taylor Cook.
Harry qualified through the Building Surveying APC pathway, a rigorous route designed for professionals whose work spans the technical, legal and managerial aspects of property and construction. The Building Surveying APC assesses a broad range of competencies, from building pathology, design and specification, and contract administration to project management, procurement, health and safety, and professional ethics. Candidates must demonstrate both deep technical knowledge and experience applying it directly to real-world buildings, often involving detailed inspections, defect diagnosis, feasibility reporting and overseeing works on site.
Passing this assessment reflects Harry’s commitment, professionalism and growing expertise, and we are delighted to see his hard work rewarded.
