At Hartnell Taylor Cook, we are always pleased to celebrate our peoples’ achievements and this month we’re proud to mark two big work anniversaries:
Firstly, David North, partner and head of property & asset management, celebrated a quarter of a century at HTC. Chris Grazier, partner, was pleased to present him with a celebratory bottle of bubbles to mark the occasion. David’s leadership, strategic vision, and ability to navigate complex market dynamics have been instrumental in helping Hartnell Taylor Cook maintain its position as a leading independent consultancy. His approachability, mentorship, and dedication to fostering strong client relationships have made him a highly respected figure within the firm.
One week later marked a decade since Ollie Hodgson, senior surveyor, joined HTC. Edward Fenwick-Moore, director, gave a moving speech of thanks while presenting the champagne. Over the past 10 years, Ollie has played a key role in across various departments and high-profile clients, demonstrating his versatility and expertise across different sectors.
