As part of our week-long series of events marking International Women’s Day, we took a number of our clients for a morning’s all-women clay pigeon shooting at Ladyswood, just outside of Bristol.
Taking advantage of the unexpectedly glorious early spring sunshine, the group began the day with a basic introduction on how to shoot before heading off into the countryside to enjoy some friendly competitive shooting. The event concluded with a prize giving ceremony for the best shots, with plenty of opportunity to network over lunch.
Inviting women working in the built environment to our event was a meaningful way to acknowledge the progress women have made while recognising the challenges that remain.
