Hartnell Taylor Cook Demand for out-of-town offices remains strong

Streets Steele has agreed to a new lease on the refurbished first floor of Stanway House, with Hartnell Taylor Cook and Alder King acting as joint agents on the letting. The move follows a significant investment by the Landlord, Skelton Group, which has spurred on a flow of deals at the business park, with the charity, Brandon Trust, and law firm, Kinherit, signing leases at the end of last year.

With Bristol out-of-town offices currently experiencing a healthy level of activity, after recording Q4 take up figures of 74,792 sq ft, demand for high-quality office space is seemingly continuing to mount as the flight to quality persists and drives activity in the market.

Commenting on the letting, Freddie Myatt, Agent at Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP said: “We are delighted to achieve the final letting at Almondsbury Business centre for the Skelton Group. It’s been great to work with such a proactive landlord and the letting to Street Steele underlines the importance of investing in commercial offices at a time when all businesses are looking to improve their working environment and create an attractive working space for their employees.”

Simon Keefe of Skelton Group said: “We are confident Streets Steele will flourish at the Almondsbury Business Centre. We have made significant investment at this site since acquiring it in 2017, undergoing a phased refurbishment of space as it has become available. This commitment to improving the quality and specification of the office space has reaped rewards in terms of occupier take up. The park is now 100% let and has become a thriving business community with a diverse mix of occupiers from various sectors of the economy.”

Ben Steele of Streets Steele said: “We are thrilled to announce our recent move to Stanway House, marking a significant milestone in our company’s growth. Our new office space in this prestigious business park not only reflects our commitment to providing the best work environment for our team, but also signifies our dedication to being at the heart of innovation and business excellence. We are excited about the opportunities this location presents for our business. Being part of a fully occupied business park alongside other forward-thinking companies is a testament to the thriving business ecosystem in the area, and we are proud to be a part of it.”
