The Disability Confident scheme is a UK Government initiative that supports employers in becoming more inclusive and accessible. It encourages businesses to think differently about disability and to take positive action in the recruitment, retention, and development of disabled people. By achieving this certification, we have demonstrated a clear commitment to ensuring that everyone – regardless of ability – has the opportunity to thrive within our organisation.
