Leading commercial property consultancy, Hartnell Taylor Cook, has today announced several senior promotions, with Jonathan Moore and Steven Shaw both being promoted to Director, and Miranda Anglias to Senior Associate Director. Additionally, a number of individuals have also been promoted to Associate Director, Senior Surveyor and Senior Facilities Manager positions.
The news follows another impressive year for the consultancy as it consolidated its business plans, having undertaken an internal re-structuring in 2024 and welcomed a new book of business from major retailers, public bodies and local authorities across the UK.
With headcount now standing at 127 across offices in London and Bristol, Hartnell Taylor Cook has capitalised on recent successes, including new secured contracts from the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Marks and Spencer Plc, and The Co-operative Group, to grow capabilities across the full range of the business. Alongside the new directors, James Frost, Jessica Smith, and Oliver Walker-Savings have been promoted to Associate Director; Thomas Dadswell to Senior Surveyor; and Stacey Webb to Senior Facilities Manager.
