Leading commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has today announced the appointment of Oliver Spero as Investment Director, based in the London office.
Oliver has over 17 years of experience in real estate investment, having transacted over £2.2 billion of assets over approximately 145 transactions.
At Hartnell Taylor Cook, he will play a pivotal role in advising a broad range of clients on acquisitions, disposals and strategic portfolio management, expanding the firm’s national client base, and strengthening its position in an evolving market.
Oliver has worked across a broad range of property sectors including offices, retail, life sciences and logistics among others, although his approach is more client-led than sector-focused. His clients span HNWIs, family offices, UK funds, property companies and developers. These strong client relationships will serve to bolster the firm’s current client base which includes the likes of Marks & Spencer Plc and the Maritime & Coastguard Agency.
He is the latest addition to Hartnell Taylor Cook’s growing team following a successful year which saw demand for the firm’s services grow across both London and Bristol offices.
