Hartnell Taylor Cook welcomes the return of Hannah Batchelor as Senior Associate Director



We are pleased to announce the return of Hannah Batchelor as a Senior Associate Director in our Property & Asset Management team.

In the role Hannah will focus on advancing Hartnell Taylor Cook’s expertise in prime central London office management, helping grow our portfolio of assets and client base. This will include advising on the mobilisation of developments, including the historic Baltic Exchange into a class-leading BREEAM Outstanding grade A office building, as well as managing existing assets.

Hannah joins having gained valuable experience across both the public and private sectors, including roles at JLL, where she specialised in central London offices; Dalcour Maclaren, working on the National Grid portfolio; and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as a Senior Corporate Property Surveyor.

No stranger to HTC, Hannah began her career here at Hartnell Taylor Cook as a placement student while studying at the University of the West of England. She later re-joined the firm as a graduate surveyor in 2016, qualifying as a chartered surveyor and providing asset advice across a diverse portfolio within the Property & Asset Management team before steadily progressing through the ranks. Hannah spent just under six years with us before her departure in 2021 as a Senior Surveyor.
