This recognition feels especially meaningful because it reflects not just David’s professional achievements, but the journey he’s taken to get here; from building trusted relationships across the region, to championing innovative projects and mentoring the next generation of talent, he has always believed that success in property is about more than bricks and mortar – it’s about vision, collaboration, and community.
