Hartnell Taylor Cook have completed on the new leasing of the ground & basement floors at Cambridge House, a prime property in the centre of Bath, to renowned fitness company MARCHON.
Situated right on the anchor of Bath’s retail and leisure scene, the completion of this deal will see MARCHON opening their fourth training site in the UK and elevating the fitness offering of the city. The self-contained 6,224 sq. ft. previously occupied by Anytime Fitness is set to be transformed under the lead of key MARCHON Head Coach and Lululemon ambassador, Justin Knussi.
