Marking International Women’s Day matters to us. As a business we work hard to provide a working environment in which all employees are treated with respect and dignity. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our clients, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best.
This year, as we observe another International Women’s Day, it’s a time to reflect on progress, advocate for change and celebrate the indomitable spirit of women who are breaking barriers and creating a more inclusive world for future generations.
Each year, International Women’s Day is centred around a theme that highlights a specific area of concern or action. This year’s theme, “Inspire Inclusion,” is a meaningful reminder of the work that still needs to be done and the areas where we can all contribute to making a difference. Hartnell Taylor Cook recognises that both we as an organisation, and our employees, have a significant role to play in the communities within which we work and live.
