Re-imagining Retail: breathing new life into city centres

From historic high streets to large vacant units, our retail & leisure team is delivering transformational projects across the region—and proving what’s possible when strategy meets creativity.

In Bath, we helped secure Morleys Department Stores Limited as the long-term tenant for Jolly’s, bringing a much-loved department store back to life and preserving an iconic building for future generations.

In central Bristol, we brought The Climbing Hangar to a 25,000 sq ft former Wilko unit—turning empty retail into an energetic, experience-led destination that boosts footfall and adds something truly new to the city centre.

And just down the road in Broadmead, we partnered with Campus Skateparks to deliver a vibrant meanwhile use for the former Debenhams – featuring a bar, arcade, and indoor skatepark – activating the space ahead of future redevelopment.

These aren’t just lettings—they’re city-shaping projects and we’re proud to be helping landlords and local authorities create sustainable, thriving places.
