With continuous learning firmly on the agenda, the Property Management team recently welcomed Lockton, the world’s largest independent global insurance broker, for a “Property 101” presentation and an engaging Q&A session.
Lockton supports several of our clients, and their visit offered the team a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of the insurance cover typically required across our managed portfolios.
The CPD session explored a range of key topics, including core policy types and specialist areas such as insurance considerations for solar PV installations and EV charging infrastructure. As buildings continue to evolve with new technology and sustainability measures, having clarity on how these elements are insured is increasingly important. The presentation gave the team space to ask questions, strengthen their technical knowledge and ensure we continue to provide well‑informed advice to our clients.
