Appointed in 2017, Hartnell Taylor Cook are retained UK property advisors for the Swedish artisan baker and coffee maker. Acting on behalf of the tenant we provide strategic advice on locations for expansion of the chain, source new properties and negotiate rental and lease terms through to completion of the acquisition. Other services provided as part of our remit as property advisor include negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals, rating advice, and building consultancy services. Our current project is to source a new bakery site to enable further expansion of the chain in the London area.
