In April 2020, Hartnell Taylor Cook were appointed by Quantum Salisbury LLP to act as Property and Asset Manager for the multi let Cross Keys Shopping Centre in Salisbury, initially reporting to the Asset Manager AHH Limited. The town centre scheme occupies a very prominent location in the town and our brief is to secure further income and to progress identified Asset Management opportunities.
The scheme has had challenges enforced upon it by the difficult retail environment made worse by the pandemic. The offer encompasses services delivered from many parts of the business including, PAM, FM and Agency teams and is a great example of the total Asset Management and Property Management service that Hartnell Taylor Cook can offer.
The centre comprises 54 units and a mix of retail units and office suites together with ancillary parking.
More recently in January 2022 our brief has been further extended to take on the role of full Asset Manager reporting directly to the partners and stakeholders of the ownership group.
