Since House of Fraser’s administration in 2018, we have worked closely with Bath & North East Somerset Council to find the right occupier – one that would both respect the building’s heritage and contribute to the city’s retail landscape.
Through strategic advice and market insight, we helped navigate this process, ensuring a sustainable solution for this landmark site.
We are thrilled that Morleys has now been announced as the new tenant, who will bring Jolly’s back to life as a key part of Bath’s high street. Set to reopen in 2026, this marks an exciting step forward in preserving and revitalising historic retail spaces.
