Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, Hartnell Taylor Cook provide agency and re-gear advice on much of their Bristol Waterfront holding, having bought a key block for them in 2017. The properties sit in prime waterfront positions, and represent some of the largest leisure units in the city. Tenants include Pitcher and Piano, Revolucion De Cuba and JD Wetherspoons and deals are being negotiated to secure them as long term tenants despite the upheaval in the market.
