We’re delighted to announce that Karl Fong has passed his RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) enabling him to step forward in our Building Consultancy team.
Achieving Chartered Surveyor status is a significant accomplishment and one that reflects Karl’s hard work and commitment to professional development.
Widely regarded as one of the most demanding routes to qualification within the property industry, the building surveying APC requires candidates to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of technical, professional, and ethical competencies through a rigorous assessment process.
The qualification is the culmination of several years of practical experience, structured training, and intensive study, with candidates required to evidence their knowledge across a broad range of surveying disciplines before successfully completing a final interview with an expert assessment panel. Passing the APC is a testament not only to technical ability but also to professionalism, judgement, and client-focused thinking.
Karl’s achievement further strengthens our growing building consultancy team, which provides expert advice across the full lifecycle of commercial property assets.
