Acting on behalf of Jamie Oliver Limited, Hartnell Taylor Cook advised on the consolidation of staff from 4 separate offices into a bespoke 20,000 sq ft headquarters office building in Islington.
A former warehouse (in use as a wholesale stationers on the 1st inspection) was identified as the preferred option and terms were agreed, subject to obtaining planning consent, major Landlord works and a further Landlord contribution towards the Tenant’s fit out of the space that has ultimately enabled the Company to relocate into this unique office come film studio come test kitchen space.
