We are delighted to have been appointed as Project Manager by Developer, Zinc Real Estate, in respect of the proposed redevelopment of 84 Margery Street in Clerkenwell, London.
The £19m project comprises the demolition of an existing office building and the design and construction of a new 45,000 sq ft office building, providing Grade A office accommodation over 4 upper ground and one lower ground floor level.
The project is currently pending planning consent.
