In 2021, we acquired this early 2000’s developed 24,500 sq ft office investment from Abrdn for overseas family trust clients for £19m representing a discount on its original sale pricing of £21m and a generous yield of 5.9%. The building is fully let to wealth manager AJ Bell and flex operator Knotel with a weighted unexpired average lease term of 7+ years without breaks at an average rent of £49.85 psf.
