Hartnell Taylor Cook are appointed by AB Foods to provide a joint agency service on three of their leisure holdings in Cheltenham, Chester and York. Over the past 12 months deals have been agreed across all three sites, with a focus on securing quality and emerging independent operators, to replace tired national brands. The current focus is predominantly on Quadrangle in Cheltenham where we have been involved since Day 1 of the development, assisting the client with the design and configuration of the ground floor commercial space, ahead of a full marketing campaign. Deals have now been secured on the majority of the space, with the project opening in Spring 2022.
These projects demonstrate our ability to improve and rejuvenate leisure holdings across the country, providing our clients with a service that transcends simple agency.
